Yes. Completely. Our physician practice funds the research from ordinary clinical revenue - deliberately, so no cannabis company can ever own the results. There is no premium tier, no upsell, no catch.
Is it really anonymous?
Yes - structurally. The survey has no fields for your name, address, email, or phone. Your invented code name is the only identifier. One honest caution: anyone who knows your code can view your report, so keep it private like a password.
What do I actually have to do?

Do you sell my data?
