Transparent Pricing, No Surprises
If your application is delayed because of an error or technical problem on our end, we will work quickly to fix it. If we cannot complete your certification for any reason within our control, we will provide a refund.
Refunds are not issued if:
– You miss your scheduled appointment and do not reschedule at least 2 hours in advance.
– You provide false or misleading information that prevents certification.
– You meet the legal criteria, are approved by the clinician, and receive your medical certification as expected.
