Qualifying conditions include:

• • Alzheimer’s disease (agitation-related)
  • Any terminal illness
  • Autism
  • Cancer
  • Crohn’s disease
  • Chronic pain / neuropathy
  • Epilepsy

  • HIV/AIDS, cachexia, or wasting syndrome

Step 2: Apply online through the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation and pay the applicable state fee.

Special Notes:

  • Home grow: 6 mature plants + 6 immature plants per person, 12 per residence max
  • Any cannabis beyond legal public possession limits must be kept in a locked container at home

Equivalency for possession calculations:

• • 3.5 g dried flower = 1 g concentrate = 100 mg THC edible
