    • Recreational: 14% excise + 6% state sales tax = 20% total
    • Medical: No tax

Revenue Use:

    • One-third of excise revenue (up to $10M) funds drug misuse prevention programs

Qualifying Conditions Include:

    • Cancer
    • Multiple sclerosis
    • HIV/AIDS
    • Glaucoma
    • Crohn’s disease
    • Parkinson’s disease
    • PTSD (with Mental Health Care Provider Form)
    • Severe pain, seizures, severe nausea
    • Any hospice patient

Card Details:

    • Fee: $50 (new or renewal)
    • Valid for 1 year
    • Recommendation from MD, DO, naturopath, NP, or PA
